CONSENT FOR LCBL TO COLLECT, PROCESS OR HOLD YOUR DATA
From 25th May, 2018, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation 2016 (EU GDPR) requires organisations like LCBL to seek active consent of their members, supporters and partners for all new and historical data collected.
The data will be processed in strict adherence to our Data Protection Policy for the purpose of delivering services according to our mission and objectives.
We may share your information with third parties as may be required by law or to enable us provide the best service to you. We may also share the information you provide with the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), awarding bodies like AIM Awards or other designated bodies who have special responsibilities within our College. We will not give your information to any unauthorized person(s).
Any data you provide to our College will be held for the maximum duration required for regulatory compliance and maximum of six years after the data ceases to be in use.
Please indicate that you agree to LCBL holding data about you by signing this document (or tick the relevant box online). If at any time you wish to find out what information our College holds about you, or withdraw your consent, you may do so by contacting our Head of Administration, who is our Data Protection Officer, in writing. We aim to respond to your request within 14 days. If you have asked for your data to be deleted, we will inform you as soon as this is done.
